1. Warranty Coverage
GTMEDIA TECH provides a 1-year limited warranty on all Laptop Screen Extenders and Night Vision Devices purchased directly from gtmediatech.com or authorized retailers. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for the duration of the warranty period.

2. Warranty Period

Laptop Screen Extenders and Night Vision Devices are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the original purchase date.
In some cases, products may have a longer warranty period, which will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
3. Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) within the warranty period.

If a product qualifies for a warranty claim, GTMEDIA TECH will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective item at no cost to the customer.

4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damages resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, or neglect.
Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized parties.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, discoloration).
Damages caused by external factors, such as fire, water, or power surges.
Products without a valid proof of purchase or products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
5. Return and Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when submitting a warranty claim, unless otherwise stated by GTMEDIA TECH.

In the case of a defective product being replaced, GTMEDIA TECH will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
The warranty only covers the repair or replacement of the defective product. GTMEDIA TECH is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to lost data, loss of income, or personal injury.
